Houseparty is an awesome site to join! You apply to do parties to promote products to Friends and Family and if youget chosen to do a party, you will be sent a party pack full of free things for you and your guests. Normally you get enough for up to 14 people. I have been chosen to do a Clairol Hair dyeing party, Hot Wheels Party (My son and his friends loved this one), a Christmas craft party and a few others. I recently got chosen to do the new Fit with Jenny McCarthy for Wii party and get to keep the game free, plus coupons for free Jell-o Mousse Temptations and more!
It does take time of applying to parties before being chosen to do your first one. I think they want to make sure you will commit to doing your party and not just keep the free products. It took me about 7 months of applying before I got my first one, but it has been well worth it! I have been chosen to do a party just about every other month since then!
