NOTE:  There are Target's all over changing their registers and they are not honoring the full value of coupons! This is mainly happening on coupons that are for more than one item - such as the $1/2 coupons. For example, if you buy two items for $.75 each and then use $1/2, it adjusts down to $.75 to take off the one item and not take off the full $1! I know it is only $.25, but it all adds up!
