You have to send in one Proof of Purchase from the Blu-Ray combo or DVD you purchase plus 3 proofs from Campbells kids condensed soups or spaghetti-o's along with the original receipts for the purchase of the movie and the purchase of the soups.

You will need a proof of purchase - the Blu-Ray combo packs always come with two proofs of purchases on the back of them.

You can also send in a copy or the original receipt for the purchase of 2- AA/AAA 12pk, C/D- 4pk or 9 volt 2pk.  There are coupons HERE you can use with your purchase.

You will also need a copy of the receipt for your purchase of the Blu-Ray combo.

It is nice you can send in a copy, because then you can send the original receipt for the rebate with campbells and you get $10 back in rebates!
