Okay - to get the best deals and savings, you need to start collecting coupons. Those are the key items for saving. There are also printable coupons, but you cannot always get by on those. Coupons always come in the Sunday paper (unless it is a Holiday week - then they do not have any) so always get a Sunday paper and make sure it is the Minot one as the Bismarck one never has all the coupons - not sure why that is. Store/organize them the way that works best for you. I use binders with those baseball card sleeves - they wrok the best. I will try and post pictures of mine soon.
